La Canellese Must Bitter Bianco NV

An appearance of intense golden yellow given by Moscato d'Asti DOCG and the aromatic herbs. An aroma of intensely and pleasantly aromatic thanks to the Piedmontese botanicals. Tasting notes of gentian (flowering plants), wormwood, lavender, juniper combined with sweet bitter scents of Moscato.

On the palate, expect the same herbal and citrus flavors you picked up on the nose, but with the addition of bitterness that is characteristic of the bitter bianco style. The bitter elements may come from infusions of herbs like artichoke, orange peel, or arugula, which give a tangy, dry edge that balances the fruitiness of the wine.
