Apricot, orange peel, white flowers, honeyed citrus. Stone fruit + citrus, medium body, light tannic grip, rounded but still fresh!  Floral, slightly grippy, lingering.

Pair with spicy food (Thai, Indian, Moroccan), roasted vegetables, hard cheeses, tapas / mezze!
