Leipold x Soilpimp Collab - Domina Rosé 2023

Domina is a blend of Portugieser and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir); it is a hearty, high-cropping, dark-skinned grape with deep, punchy and complex berry notes.

Only a few hundred hectares of Domina are planted, mostly in Franconia – so this is about as rare and wild as it gets. Wildly detailed and complex, with watermelon, dark berry notes, and a bass-toned herbal play, this is the meatier of the two rosés.
