Les Vins Pirouettes Alsace Eros De Vincent 2024

Les Vins Pirouettes is a collaborative natural-wine project started by Christian Binner, a respected figure in Alsatian natural winemaking. The aim is to empower organic and biodynamic growers in Alsace to make and bottle their own wines rather than sell grapes to cooperatives. Each cuvée showcases a grower’s fruit with minimal intervention in the cellar.

Aromas: Tropical and stone fruit, citrus zest, herbal/spicy hints

Palate: Dry with lively acidity, gentle tannins, earthy and refreshing finish

Body: Light to medium with an engaging texture and expressive fruit profile
