White fruit (pear, maybe apple), herbal/green notes, some mineral or wet‑stone character. Possibly some floral or faint almond undertones.

Fresh and crisp; balance between fruit, minerality, and a slightly salty or saline fraction.  Moderate acidity, citrus, minerality, a little chalk!

Delicious food wine- pair with seafood ,fresh or lightly sauced pasta, light cheeses, herbaceous or green‑vegetable dishes, and dishes with a salty or umami element to balance the crisp acidity.
