Olek Bondonio - Nebbiolo Langhe 2022

On the nose, it is striking for its freshness, with floral and fruity aromas accompanied by a slightly mineral background.  On the palate, the wine is harmonious and full-bodied, with pleasant and precise tannins and a good structure.  Notes of violets and rain soaked soil.

Pair with slow roasted pork, beef, or a ragu.  Cured meats and prosciutto and whole roasted poultry would work as well!
