Features red fruit flavors with a mineral and tangy character. It offers hints of citrus and other fresh fruits, reflecting the altitude and soil composition of the vineyard. The wine is expected to develop further complexity with 2 to 4 years of aging.

Beaune “Les Longbois” is a village-level red wine from Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils with typically light extraction and a focus on purity and terroir expression. Past vintages have been fermented 100% whole cluster with about 10 days of maceration and aged ~18 months in oak barrels, unfined and unfiltered.

Bright red fruit (cherry, raspberry) with fine tannins and lively acidity.

Beaune Pinot Noir is classically paired with roast poultry, pork or lamb dishes, earthy mushroom-based foods, soft cheeses or charcuterie.
