Radikon, Sivi - Pinot Grigio 2021

The term "Sivi" means "gray" in Slovenian, reflecting the grayish-pink color of the grape skins. The winemaking process involves destemming, crushing, and co-fermenting the grapes with natural yeasts in oak vats without temperature control or added sulfur. Maceration lasts for 10-14 days, resulting in an "orange" wine style.

Fruit, earthiness, acidity, body, and a touch of funk.
