It opens with aromatic bursts of red cherry and wild raspberry, underscored by deeper complexities of licorice, smoky soil, and crushed dried flowers.  Lean, exceptionally pure, and light-to-medium-bodied. It features juicy cascades of tart red berries and pomegranate, backed by a distinctive, savory clay and volcanic minerality.

Serve chilled with with roasted poultry, grilled sausages, and earthy mushroom risotto, charcuterie, and roasted root vegetables.
