Dry and medium-bodied, fresh citrus and stone fruit notes.

Delicate tannins from skin contact, notes of candied orange, quince and gentle spice.  Fine acidity balancing the wine's textured mouthfeel. Subtle oxidative complexity without heaviness.

Pair with mezze and hummus, baba ghanoush or eggplant dishes, aged hard cheeses.  Also yummy with Roast chicken with Moroccan spices, grilled pork, mushroom risotto, and mild Indian or Middle Eastern cuisine.
