Stein - Pinot Noir "Red Light" 2022

A running theme - a vintage of Kabinett Trockens and old school styling of bottling. This vintage ended at a mere 11.5%!...a testament and truth to the vintage. Bracing, taut and light, cherry and red fruited and easily drinkable.

This Pinot was from 40 year old vines (oldest pinot of the Mosel) planted on the same terroir, steep slope and blue and grey slate - perhaps the steepest red wine vineyards in the world? 

Medium body, great acidity.  Enjoy with oily fish, meats, it’s versatile!
