Stein - Riesling Himmelreich Kabinett Feinherb 2024

This wine is sort of the sleeper in the line-up, without the fame of vine age as 1900 or the dry punch of Palmberg...this wine is perhaps the purest Mosel of them all. The wine always ends in the Feinherb range, and is sourced from 80+ year old vines in terraced vineyards on blue and grey slate...the wine always shows kaleidoscopic flavors of blues and greens, a tarragon and anise.

Bright acidity balanced with a touch of sweetness. The “Feinherb” style gives a plushness without being syrupy.

Off-dry, slightly sweet. Pair with spicy Asian dishes, seafood, pork and poultry, cheese, and light dessert.
