Sulauze - Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Pomponette Rose 2024

In opposition to waste, Guillaume Lefevre uses the fruit from the press of the Pomponette Rosé to make this provencal quaffer. It's easy drinking for sure, but not lacking in great material. A serious value from the biodynamically farmed fields of Domaine de Sulauze.

On the nose, it offers bright and clear aromas of white flowers, orange blossom, and delicate red berries, supported by a fine mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is wonderfully fresh and clean, with a racy and mouthwatering acidity that makes it highly refreshing.
