On the palate, high acidity, very light tannins (unusual for Nebbiolo), juicy, “crunchy” red fruit, slightly wild / natural edge.

Perfect pairing: cured meats, poultry, vegetables, wild mushoom pasta or pizza!  Serve chilled.
