The grapes used for this wine are harvested by hand, and the wine is fermented in concrete tanks with native yeast, and raised half in concrete and half in used American oak barrels for 8 months.

It is medium bodied, powerful flavors of black cherry, blueberry, and crunchy black plum, with a lovely lift and spring in its step due to the cool Mediterranean Sea air.

The Vera de Estenas Bobal is versatile in food pairing, complementing grilled vegetables, poultry, fish, and meats.
