Vouette & Sorbée - Champagne Blanc d'Argile Brut Nature R19

Champagne Vouette & Sorbee is the creation of husband and wife Bertrand & Helene Gautherot. Since 1998, the vineyards are farmed in biodynamie and certified Demeter. For years, the farming has been very mindful of the environment: compost made on the estate, only use of horse or light tractor, fruit trees reintroduced, domesticated cows.
